The Mornington Island Health Council have a team of local Aboriginal people who work to provide health services and support to our community. Our documentation works to support our health service providers and other key stakeholders to work in collaboration, as we bring into line collective approaches that will result in better health, empowerment and wellbeing outcomes for the Mornington Island community.
